LEOPOLD WORKS

Leopold Works will bring a long-term derelict site back into use with 70 new homes over 10 storeys.

Bringing a sense of place and re-establishing the dense urban grain with its surrounding and emerging buildings, Leopold Works will provide a selection of one-, two- & three-bedroom apartments (44.5 – 126.3 sqm) to cater to every lifestyle.

Eleven homes will be allocated ‘affordable’ and will be available at 30% discounts, with at least 25% being First Homes.

Designed with blue and green roofs, and photovoltaic panels, with spaces for up to 82 cycles, many homes will benefit from external terraces and balconies, along with a spacious 237 sqm communal rooftop space.

The upper storey homes will also boast fabulous large terraces with city-facing views.
